IT’S NOT FOR EVERYONE — As great as running is, some people find it tough to get motivated. Luckily, running isn’t the only way to lose weight. There are plenty of other ways to exercise to lose weight and be healthy, and some of those ways are often more effective for quicker weight loss. So if you enjoy running, keep doing your thing, but don’t worry if you can’t stand it. You can still lose weight effectively. (Run Camp)
