Liz Mathews (‘22) holds the position of Copy Editor at the Anchor and is pursuing a studio art major with a business minor. With the long-term goal of being a graphic designer, she intends to attend graduate school for art. Outside of academics, she values spending time with both family and friends. Her hobbies include sampling a plethora of coffee shops, watering her dying plants and taking naps. She loves to bake cookies, but more often than not burns them to a point of no return. She is the president of a book club where she and the members read one book every month, and is a member of Kappa Beta Phi.
